The Mobitel powered inaugural SLBL Pro League 2019 is scheduled to be held in the month of May/June in Colombo. We invite the Coaches of Sri Lanka to come on board as the Head Coach/Coach and lead a franchise sponsored team. Please fill up the attached “Coaches Registration Form” and submit on or before 22nd April to srilanka_basketball@yahoo.com or hand delivered to Mr Paul Newmen (0773960174)

Dear Players,

On behalf of the Sri Lanka Basketball Federation, we would like to congratulate all of the exceptional talents in being officially selected for the 2019 All Star Games Squad from which the National Pool will be selected. Where the Top 8 Boys (from the pool of 20) will train and participate for the Asia Cup whilst the Top 8 Girls (from the pool of 16) will train and participate for both the FIBA Asia Cup as well as the FIBA World Cup for U-18.

All players listed in the All Star Squad is expected to be present for the JBN awards which is to be held at the Olympic House ,100/9F Independence Ave, Colombo 07, on the 24th April 2019. The event is from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm and registrations for the All Star Squad begin at 6.00 pm.

Players will receive the official certificate confirming their selection for the All Star squad. In addition to the Squad, the Winner , 1st Runners up & 2nd Runner up teams from each Age Group should also be present at the Awards Night to receive their medals and certificates for being the top 3 teams to conquer the Achievers Kobe Cup 2019.
